LP - location point
core point that bounds or is located on the locationNOTE 1 to entry: Location points can coincide with intersection points or routing points. The start and the end of the location are always represented by a location point. Additional intermediate location points can be created to represent the shape of the location. The location point is one of the three defined core point types.
